Players love to say things like “it’s a business” when asked about contracts or moves within the team? It’s really a fancy way of saying “I don’t want to talk about it”… but it got us to thinking – What if we took that business analogy and ran with it. What if we used the analogy of operating systems (OSs) and Apps (player skills) and drug it down the rabbit hole? Alas, we did, and I’m here to tell you it works!
